BRA Commodities is a family-owned company founded in 2019 in Goiás with the aim of meeting the demand for agricultural commodities from major industries and livestock operations; initially, and most prominently, we have operated in the corn and sorghum markets.

As our operations matured and we gained experience over the years, we expanded into the soybean market to meet the needs of export-oriented partners. Following this expansion, we began operating along key Brazilian logistics corridors, including the ports of Santos, Paranaguá, and Rio Grande.

Throughout our journey, we have built our business with a focus on cargo quality, logistics efficiency, fiscal responsibility, transparency, and long-term relationships with our clients and partners, thereby creating new commercial opportunities both in Brazil and abroad.

In 2023, we expanded our agribusiness operations by establishing our own insurance brokerage, specializing primarily in agricultural insurance and solutions for the entire agricultural supply chain. This structure enabled us to offer our partner producers not only access to the commodities market but also tools to protect and manage the risks associated with their operations.

In 2024, we launched a new business line focused on products derived from Amazonian fruits, particularly açaí. This move marked our entry into a higher value-added segment with strong international market potential.

In 2025, we participated in Food Africa, where we introduced freeze-dried açaí powder to the international market—an innovative product developed through a process that preserves much of the fruit’s nutritional, sensory, and natural characteristics.

That same year, BRA Commodities became a member of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, strengthening its institutional framework and its ties to markets in the Middle East and North Africa—regions that are strategic to our internationalization plans.

In 2026, we took another significant step in our international expansion by opening our first overseas office in the Dallas, Texas area of ​​the United States.

Choosing Texas was a strategic decision. In addition to being a major U.S. economic and business hub, the state has a strong focus on agribusiness, international trade, logistics, and business development. Our physical presence in the Dallas area creates a platform to strengthen relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, while also expanding our reach in the North American market and connecting our operations across Brazil, the United States, the Middle East, and other international markets.

Today, BRA Commodities/Foods continues its growth trajectory—driven by credibility, quality, logistical efficiency, and a global vision—as we seek to transform Brazilian agribusiness opportunities into sustainable, long-term businesses worldwide.
